Happy Bags

Our Guild members make Happy Bags to support children with cancer at Loma Linda Children's Hospital. We create Happy Bags from fun fabrics and fill them with a variety of items to bring joy to the children. Each bag contains a reading book, notebooks with pens and pencils, folders, and an age-appropriate coloring book with crayons or colored pencils. Additionally, we include a plush toy or movable object, a brain teaser or game, and other small items to bring a smile to the children's faces. For more information, please contact Sue Russell or Debbie Warner.

The Holly Jolly Christmas Party for the So Cal Cancer Foundation was a tremendous success! The children and their families were incredibly grateful for the generosity of those who contributed by creating Happy Bags, donating items to fill them, and providing funds to purchase the remaining fillers. This year, we distributed 363 Happy Bags! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this possible by donating bags and fillers. Apologies for not being able to take photos of the children without prior permission. Your support made this event truly special!
